Welcome to Belfast Political Cab Tours. By accessing or booking a tour on our website (belfastpoliticalcabtours.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Bookings must be made online through our website or via direct communication with our team.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to book a tour. Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept secure online payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the payment.
  • PayPal allows you to pay using most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include all applicable taxes.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
  • In case of no-shows or late arrivals, no refund will be issued.
  • If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns), we will offer a full refund or an option to reschedule.

4. Tour Conduct & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual behaving inappropriately or posing a risk to others.
  • Customers must follow safety instructions and behave respectfully during the tour.
  • We are not liable for personal injuries, lost belongings, or accidents that occur during the tour, except in cases of proven negligence.

5. Changes to Tours

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to operational needs, availability, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
  • In such cases, affected customers will be notified as early as possible and offered alternatives or refunds where applicable.

6. Privacy

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Belfast Political Cab Tours and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belfast Political Cab Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
